What happens if I order the wrong size?
Hello Amazing Customer,
When you receive your Shoes or Boots, you might find out they don't fit. Please immediately re-pack them and don't use them. Contact Us within 5 days of receiving them and tell us about the issue and we will reply via email with our RMA# and Return Address to have them shipped back to us (you will need to pay for the return shipping only).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will then ship out a replacement with the correct new size that you have requested. Or if for some reason you are not happy with the shoes or boots we will refund your money also but we must be contacted within 30 days of the purchase and the items must be returned to us in an unused condition for a replacement or refund.
